About my work on the posters and calendar:
I discovered tango ten years ago. I fell in love with it and have been listening to and collecting the music ever since. For a little over two years now, I have also been DJing, currently two to three times a month in Leipzig. The focus is on music from the late 1920s to the early 1950s, with regular excursions into later years and even to contemporary orchestras.
My intensive engagement with the music and themes of tango and my professional focus on graphic design led to the idea of compiling tandas thematically and translating them into posters..
