Milonguear

The third album by “Los Suplentes” was recorded during their 2025 European tour, on which the duo—comprising Emiliano Faryna on guitar and Hugo Satorre on bandoneon—was occasionally joined by the poet “La Luli” (Lucía Spano).
She wrote the lyrics for the milonga “Gotan argotique” together with the French tango organizer and DJ Adele Strzoda and recited them in her own voice. It is a tribute to tango, which has established itself as a universal language throughout the world. The music for the poem was composed by Hugo Satorre. All other tracks are instrumental recordings of well-known classics.
The album is a selection of pieces that the duo recorded as if they were performing live at a milonga.
