Pampa Trash
Burzako
For a number of connoisseurs, 'Pampa Trash' is currently one of the most innovative representatives of contemporary, modern tango. The music on Burzako constantly borrows from what was once called 'progressive rock', from classical music or art rock and also from jazz rock - with driving rhythms in the style of Billy Cobham.
All ten tracks have several sections, switching to a different rhythm, musical style or expression and back again - or to another section. Musically, the CD is full of ideas, the execution - fast, clear, precise - remains virtuoso from the first to the last second.
The tango part is somewhat limited, but remains a constant in the proceedings. Conclusion: great music, independent, lively, highly musical and in tune with the times
